Welcome to Clip Masters. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and creative services. By engaging Clip Masters for any project, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Clip Masters is a creative studio specializing in motion design and video production for SaaS, AI companies, startups, and digital brands.
Our services may include:
Explainer Videos
Product Demo Videos
Product Launch Videos
Motion Graphics
UI Motion Design
Advertising Creatives
Social Media Videos
Storyboarding
Scriptwriting (when included)
Illustration & Design
Sound Design
End-to-End Video Production
Every project is customized according to the proposal agreed upon with the client.
2. Project Proposals
Before production begins, Clip Masters will provide a proposal outlining:
Scope of work
Deliverables
Estimated timeline
Pricing
Payment schedule
Included revision rounds
Any work outside the approved proposal will require a revised quotation.
3. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due before final delivery.
Projects may be paused if payments become overdue.
Clip Masters reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until all outstanding invoices have been paid.
All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:
Project brief
Brand guidelines (if available)
Logos and brand assets
Scripts (unless included in scope)
Raw footage (where applicable)
Product information
Required licenses or permissions
Timely feedback and approvals
Project timelines may be extended if required materials or approvals are delayed.
5. Production Timeline
Estimated delivery dates are based on:
Receipt of all required materials
Timely client feedback
Scope remaining unchanged
While Clip Masters aims to meet agreed deadlines, delivery dates are estimates and may be adjusted if revisions, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances occur.
6. Revisions
Each proposal includes a specified number of revision rounds.
A revision consists of reasonable changes that remain within the originally approved creative direction.
The following are considered new work and may incur additional fees:
New concepts after approval
Major style changes
Script rewrites after approval
Additional deliverables
Scope expansions
Unused revision rounds cannot be exchanged for discounts or additional work.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
The client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables.
Clip Masters retains ownership of all working files, project assets, templates, workflows, and proprietary production processes unless otherwise agreed.
Any licensed fonts, stock footage, music, plugins, or third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Portfolio Rights
Unless restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Clip Masters may showcase completed work in its:
Portfolio
Website
Social media
Marketing materials
Awards submissions
Confidential or unreleased projects will not be publicly displayed without client approval.
9. Client Content
The client confirms they own or have permission to use all materials supplied to Clip Masters, including:
Logos
Images
Video footage
Music
Trademarks
Product designs
Scripts
Clip Masters is not responsible for copyright claims arising from client-provided content.
10. Confidentiality
Clip Masters treats all client information and project materials as confidential.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Files are used solely for project purposes.
Confidential information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver the project.
Signed NDAs will be fully respected.
11. Project Cancellation
If the client cancels a project:
Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.
The client is responsible for payment for all completed work up to the cancellation date.
Work completed prior to cancellation may be delivered upon settlement of outstanding invoices.
Clip Masters reserves the right to terminate a project in cases of abusive behaviour, non-payment, or repeated failure to provide required materials.
12. Refund Policy
Because all projects involve custom creative work:
Deposits are non-refundable after production begins.
Refunds are generally not available for completed or partially completed creative services.
Any exceptions are made solely at Clip Masters' discretion.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clip Masters' liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project.
Clip Masters shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of revenue or profits
Business interruption
Third-party platform outages
Delays caused by client actions or external events
14. Force Majeure
Clip Masters shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, strikes, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
15. Changes to These Terms
Clip Masters may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
